Description

Thomas Corbett. Mr. Clevland reports Messrs. Neave and Fuller are offering the St. Michael, lately a French privateer, for Naval service, to replace the Carlisle privateer, recently lost. The Sheerness Officers have assessed her suitability but report that at only 66 tons, she is too small
