Description

Thomas Corbett. Mr. Dobree of Guernsey reports his father has custody of topmasts, yards and pumps saved from the Victory which are perishing and the persons who rescued them should be allowed salvage. Have asked Mr. Dobree to have them valued on oath and to pay salvage according to one third of their value. We will then send a ship to remove them
