Thomas Corbett. We are to treat with Peter Hill for the purchase of the French privateer, Sir Francis, to serve as an armed vessel. Mr. Hill has refused to sell her but offered her to serve as an advice boat or an armed vessel on the same terms as the York privateer, but only on 3 month certain terms. This was agreed and the ship is being surveyed by the Deptford Officers
