Description

Thomas Corbett. Under the new way of settling the claims of neutral shipowners whose ships have been impounded by the Royal Navy, we have treated with Messrs. Simonds, agents for the Heerluykheydt Huyndert, carried into Portsmouth by the Ruby. When approved, it has been agreed to pay the owners in ready money in full satisfaction of their claims. A passport will be issued to the Master to give him immunity from any further harassment
