Thomas Corbett. Captain Cotes of the Edinburgh has been ordered to enquire at Spithead about the mastships America and Falmouth. These are ready but the Wilmington has not arrived from the River. Mr. Henniker has been approached about the Wilmington so that she does not miss the convoy of Mr. Gulston's ships. He says she left Gravesend 14 days ago but presumes she has been held up by easterly winds. When he asks for convoy from the Downs to Spithead he will be told that the Edinburgh will wait
