Mr. Henniker has been approached about the Wilmington so that she does not miss the convoy of Mr. Gulston's ships. He says she left Gravesend 14 days ago but presumes she has been held up by easterly winds. When he asks for convoy from the Downs to Spithead he will be told that the Edinburgh will wait
