Thomas Corbett. Mr. Osborn informs that the hiring of the Good Intent has met with approval and that we should find a means of manning her. No men can be hired by the month and the ship must be caulked and her sails mended and rigging fitted. Have appointed the Constant Martha to take her place who can continue to Campveer once the provisions for Ostend have been delivered
