Description

Thomas Corbett. Mr. Ramsden has asked for orders to provide a supply of provisions for 2000 men to go to Ostend. We are to take up transports for this service, load them and send them to the Nore to go to Ostend under convoy. The ships to be sunk were taken up for a month and propose to use the Good Intent to carry the provisions to Ostend but she needs men and suggest the yachtsmen should remain on board her
