Lords of the Admiralty to Dartmouth: an attempt on Guadeloupe cannot be undertaken by warships alone. When there was a plan to attack in 1689 fifteen hundred troops were considered insufficient. Dated at Admiralty Office.

Burchett to Dartmouth's secretaries enquiring whether the hospital ship Delicia, accompanying the troops going to Spain or Portugal with Major General Welham, should be discharged when the troops have been landed. Dated 14 December 1710 at Admiralty Office.
