Burchett to Dartmouth's secretaries enclosing a copy of Captain Norbury's letter from Antigua on the seizure of his prize by Cott Parke, governor of the Leeward Islands. Captors have the sole right to their prizes and governors abroad do not have the right to suspend commanders of HM ships. Their lordships wish the governor to be informed of this. Dated at Admiralty Office.
