Description

Punishment of fraudulent labourers and the working of Ordinance 27 of 1917: transmits reports by District Commissioners, E J Athawes of Belize district, John L Hudson of Corozal district, D Q Blakely of Orange Walk district, J Taylor of Toledo district and R Wyatt of Cayo district; with lists of prosecutions and comments on the payments of advance wages to 'chicleros' on their signing contracts; also includes extract from the minutes of the Executive Council meeting of 14 April 1920 proposing changes to the law.
