Description

Lease and release, the release a conveyance from Philip Viscount Wenman of Tuam in the kingdom of Ireland and Sir Francis Wenman of Caswell co. Oxon. kt. and bart. to Sir Grevill Verney K.B., Richard Verney of Alexton co. Leics. esq. and William Bradshawe of Kingstone co. Warwick gent. for £8,669. 5s. and in pursuance of a certain order in Chancery dated 27 November 1667 (the two last named acting only as trustees), of the manor of Lighthorne, the capital messuage or mansion house and lands enjoyed therewith then in the several tenures of John Bradshawe and Leonard Jeacocke, and messuages, cottages and lands in Lighthorne in the occupation of the various tenants mentioned in no. 20, substituting Widow Harbert for William Harbert and Joan Reynolds widow for Thomas Reynolds, Isabel Philpott widow for Simon Dalton and Widow Taylor for John Taylor.
