For settling moiety of cottages, dischargeing several debts for (1) and for 25/-, (1) to (2)
Moiety of 2 cottages in Oxton, with homestead and close belonging, 4 ac. land with all appurtenances, now in occ. of Nathaniell Simpson, and Matthew Barrowcliffe. To (2) for use of (1) during her life and then for use of (2). Endorsed with receipt.
