Photocopy image of pewter tankard, cup and bowls including one of 1637 referring to the Bailiff of the City of York. Not dated.
List of pictures exhibited in an exhibition of Old York Views and Portraits of its Worthies. 15 March - 12 April 1905. Not dated. (2 copies).
Inventory of pictures with brief descriptions and number given if displayed in the 1905 exhibition and number if in list given to Mr Hood. B. P. Johnson. 10 November 1972.
Possible costs of restoration of individual portraits in the Merchant Adventurers' Hall. [1960s]
