Newton township, parish of Dalton in manor of Plain Furness for 21 years, annual rent of £500 plus royalty, Duke to HW Schneider of 17 Gracechurch Street, City of London, esq. M.P., and R Hannay of Ulverston, esq., as in schedule and plan, scale 6 chains: 1", 3 January 1859;

With covering letter from Thomas Butler, solicitor, Broughton-in-Furness returning deed, 9 May 1898.
