Exemplification, 1651, of crown grant of 1591, of the reversion of the provostry, free chapel and rectory of Stoke, the capital messuage of the same and appurtenant lands and tithes [some described, including in Ilchester and Marston Magna] made to John Robinson, with a later translation [not totally reliable]

Partition between Sarah Frances and Mary Elizabeth, daus. of Dr. Andrew Bain of Heffleton (co.Dorset), 1828, whereby the Stoke estate fell to the former and the Heffleton to the latter. Settlements previous to marriages of Sarah Frances Bain and the Rev. Hy. Magan of Dublin, 1828, and of the same as the latter's widow and Thos. Hawkesworth of Mountrath (Ireland), 1831. Deeds of apportionment of the latter in favour of their son, John W.B. Hawkesworth and daughter, Frances M.H. Hawkesworth, 1858.
