Robert Webb of Dewland in the parish of Aston near Birmingham gentleman and John Whiley of Halesowen farmer TO William Spurrier of Birmingham gentleman

Lease for a year of a messuage (tenant) John Whiley and 7 closes called the Deercroft, the Holloway, the grazing and Ploughed Moors, the Sidehill, the Spring Hill, and the Big Hill, all in the village of Oldbury, parish of Halesowen (31a 1r 37p), with the malthouse and buildings lately built in the premises by Whiley

Witnesses:- Frederick Hawkins (clerk to Spurrier, Highly and Spurrier, Birmingham), William D. Walker (clerk to Mr. Robert Webb, attorney, Birmingham).
