Alexander Campbell, Past Master, sends a return providing details of Lodge officers as William Moss, Master, Stephen Moss, Senior Warden and John Harrison, Junior Warden and members initiated since 1768 as Samuel Sewter. a perfumer, John Harrison, cabinetmaker, Gilbert Hardcastle, linen draper and Stephen Moss, mason. Campbell reports the deaths of Bro Reily innholder and Francis Wright grocer and states that other members, Bros Plummer, Allen, Flemming and Carlisle have left the Lodge. The present Worshipful Master, William Moss is an undertaker and master builder, John Nelson a musician, Henry Likely a schoolmaster, Jervis Harker an innholder and Alexander Campbell a druggist.

Lennox Lodge, No. 123 was established in 1763 and met at the Freemasons' Arms, Bargate, Richmond, Yorkshire. The lodge was named the Lennox Lodge in 1799. The lodge now meets at the Masonic Hall, 16 Newbiggin, Richmond.
