(1) Thomas Baker of Barton in the Beanes Leics., recte Nt.), gent. and Geo. Baker of Barton as above, gent., his son and heir apparent.
(2) Wm. Ward
John Farndon both of Woolston Warks., gents.
(3) Elizabeth Wilde of Great Appleby Derbs., spin.
For £150. (1) & (2) to (3) Honey Moore Close (18a.) recently divided into 3 several closes and Goose Meadow Close (7 a.) adjoining Middle Furlong Close (Geo. Baker) on south, with appurts. in Barton in the Beanes and in occ. of (1). Specified covenants and warranty; void if £153. 15s. paid by (1) to (3) on 17 Sept. 1714.
