Mary Ann Allison, of Sheffield, spinster, and Frank Clayton, of Sheffield, cashier, surviving trustees under the will of Charles Allison, decd., (will, 25 April 1876; decd., 27 June 1877; probate 20 September, 1878), the other trustee, the testator's wife, Hannah, having died on 14 April 1879 (and was buried at Ecclesall Church), with the assent of the Town Collector, to Charles Elam, of Harley St., Cavendish Sq., co. Middx., M.D., and Henry Simpson, of Pond St. Brewery, Sheffield, common brewer. The leasehold site and premises of 'The White Lion' and its cottage. For £1020.
