Description:

1. Construction of a railway from Woodford to Ilford, Essex, commencing by a junction with the G.E.R. Loughton and Ongar Branch Railway, near Snakes Lane, Woodford, and terminating in Ilford by a junction with the G.E.R. line to Colchester.

2. Junction line between Railway No. 1 and the G.E.R. Colchester line.

3. Widening of the G.E.R. main Colchester line between Cranbrook Road and Iron Bridge, Ilford, Essex.

4. Widening and improvement of the line between Wroxham Station, Worstead and North Walsham, Norfolk.

5. Additional lines at Canning Town, West Ham, Essex.

6. Additional lines at Angel Lane, Stratford, Essex.

7. Widening and improvement of lines at Broxbourne, Herts.

8. Widening and improvement of lines at Ware, Herts.

9. Diversion of Snakes Lane, Woodford, Essex.

10. Alteration and widening of Leyton Road, Leyton, Essex.

11. Additional lands at Canning Town, Cambridge, Ilford, Forncett St. Peter, Tottenham.

12. Lands already acquired at Tufnell Park, Lowestoft, Ipswich, Chesterton, Bishops Stortford, Wivenhoe.
