Sheet 7 : Good Friday, April 11th 1879

Coded amounts, wages &c. "Used about 500 lbs of Butter, used 30 cans of Milk had nothing but water cress for salad, used 20 flats, cut up 600 Loaves to start with & had to cut about 50 more, tried to do with the two Chinese rooms and the old 2d upstairs, but had to start the two Aviary rooms in the middle of the afternoon.
