Fo. vol., parchment bound, 176 pp., good condition.

Routine business: largely as before - routine answers to queries, appointment of representatives, removal, marriage financial contributions (including Ackworth); less about books.

Organisational matters:

YM latterly good reports;

p.140 each MM should have alphabetical list of members 1812

p.141 Friends should not have guns or joins associations to protect property - confidence in divine prot. 1812

QM p.66 minute on 4th query (visitation) considered; the meeting "feeling its own weakness" asks for help 1808

69 Friends (2 m., 2 w.) appointed to help - Dan. Brown & Jn. Foster

72 QM Friends joined, above in visiting families agreable to YM direction 1808

88 QMs have been asked by Meeting for Sufferings to send details from all meetings of imprisonment for militia cases: MMs to go into the matter. 1809

p.75 Berkhamsted: minute reported of Upperside MM: Albans MM undertain whether Berkhamsted within its limits, but Friends resident there consider themselves Upperside and attend Tring PM; so Upperside informs Albans that it considers Berkhamsted within its compass. 1809
