By his will dated 3 January 1835, Thomas Allen bequeathed to his wife, Ann Allen, all his freehold estates and household effects, stock in trade etc, for life, and then for sale. Proceeds to be used for benefit of children during their minority. To receive their shares at 21. Wife and Thomas Watkins and i) appointed executors. He died on 4 January 1835, leaving wife and four children of whom Thomas Allen was eldest son and heir at law. Will proved (PCC) on 1 April 1835

c) Richard Omash
Samuel Charles Baker by which c) were appointed trustees of the estates of Thomas Allen, deceased for purposes of his will and a) with consent of b) confirmed to c)
- freehold estates etc of Thomas Allen
To hold, subject to life estate of b), upon the trusts in the will
Richard Omash died in November 1860
Samuel Charles Baker died in February 1868, intestate, leaving i) his eldest son and heir at law
Ann Allen died on 12 January 1874
By Decree of Chancery, 21 February 1874, it was ordered that Thomas Allen's remaining freehold estates should be sold. They were put up for auction on 17 March 1875. At this sale ii) was highest purchaser of Lot 6 for £210. £21 paid as deposit. Remainder to be paid into Bank of England before 12 May 1875. Otherwise 5% interest payable.
Now in consideration of £21 deposit and £190 15s 6d (ie £210 purchase money and £1.15s 6d interest) - total £211 15s 6d paid by ii)
i) grants to ii)
- piece of land in Six Hill Field, Marston Moretaine (5a), formerly part of the open fields within the parish and allotted to William Baker, deceased at the inclosure
