Conveyance by lease and release from John Peyto Verney Lord Willoughby de Broke to create a tenant to the precipe for suffering a recovery of estates devised by the will of Margaret Peyto, deceased, viz. the manors of Chesterton and Shuckborough, with lands in Chesterton, Shuckborough, Harbury, Walsgrave-on-Sowe, Pillerton and Drayton, and at Sulby and Buckby, co. Northants., 27 and 28 April 1798.
