3. Richard Worrall of Stourton in the parish of Kinfare, gentleman.
Consideration: £140 to Francis Spilbury, to whom Sarah, his late wife (daughter of Richard Worrall of Stourton yeoman deceased) conveyed the property which she inherited from her father (subject to 2 annuities of £100 to her aunt Brettell) and £100 to her friend Mrs. Anne Mansell of Wolverhampton widow) by deed of 10th April, 1733, under powers given to her in her father's will which appointed John Hayes junior (since deceased) and John Spilbury of Bromsgrove, gentleman, as trustees. Assignment of meadows called Dead Moor, the Paddock, and the Upper Lays, all in Stourton in the parish of Kinfare, bounded by the River Smestall(?) (E), Checkhill Common (W) and lands.
