Description

Letter from Edm. Turner to Chas. Scott: has given up gdn. to accommodate Sir Wm. Lemon; without the use of it, King's Head could not have been built where it is; does not claim for inconvenience over 5 yrs, nor for clearing away rubbish left by Mr. Wood, but expects that field he is to receive instead of gdn. to be properly enclosed free of charge
