Hurst of Doncaster, gent., and John Sheppard of Balby, parish of Doncaster, esq., three of the trustees of the Turnpike Road from Tinsley to Doncaster, to Richard Fountayne Wilson of Melton on the Hill and of Ingmanthorpe, esq. Several parcels of land formerly part of the Open Field of 'Minnemoor' at Conisborough i.e. 3 roods and 27 perches lately purchased from William Travis; 24 perches from Mrs. Margaret Walker; 1 acre, 1 rood and 10 perches from Mr. William Wasteneys; 2 roods and 5 perches from the Duke of Leeds; 30 perches from William Goodlad and Richard Goodlad; 26 perches from John Nettleship and 18 perches from Thomas Simpson; making altogether 3 acres, 1 rood and 20 perches. Coloured pink on the map drawn in the margin on scale 2 chains: 1 inch. Consideration £255.
