3. Samuel Lee of Welsh Hampton, brother of John Lee
Consideration:- £20 to William Jones weaver and £57 10s. 0d. to William Jones yeoman
Conveyance of Foxall Hill and Marled Croft, being part of the estate in Welsh Hampton inherited by Martha and Jane from their parents and on which they levied a fine in Trinity term last, a moiety to the use of each, which was divided so that Martha and her husband took the house and land called Braggers Yard or croft and Marled Croft, and Jane and her husband took Foxall Hill.
