Written in pencil on verso, probably by a Librarian at Chetham's Library, 'Found in box of oddments - provenance unknown'. 20 Feb 1953. There was a small card attached to the envelope containing Booth2/1/1/1 from The Lytham District Land Registry, Lytham, St. Annes (1 Mar 1968). It has been placed in an archival envelope.
