Description

To be sold by assignees of said estate, John Suart esq. of Bradleyfield and Mr Thomas Askew Gibson, hosier, consisting of front burgage house on west side of Stramongate, now in occupation of Alderman Suart, and close of Land behind, [as in mortgage 20 August 1805]; premises sold subject to mortgage of £250 and interest thereon since 1811, to John Suart of Bradleyfield

- Purchaser to pay purchase money to vendors at Mr Bowman's office, Kendal, 13 February 1813

- Burgage house sold to William Wilson for £46 more than mortgage money, close sold to him also for £47 more than mortgage money
