(1) to (2) messuage in Norton Lindsey with barns, stables, orchards, gardens, backsides belonging, 11 a. arable, meadow & pasture with appurts. dispersed in common fields of Norton Lyndsey in occ. of (2) (except chamber over the hall reserved to Mary Reeve, widow, with liberty of brewing and baking in the kitchen at convenient times, timber also reserved to (1) allowing (2) convenient tinsell and thorns for necessary repairing of mounds and fences). Provision for resumption of premises if rent unpaid. Specified covenants including protection for residue of term if (2) die to his widow.
