Elizabeth Ley, widow, was granted one of the almshouses of the Hospital of St. John Baptist with the salary in place of Grace Jennings.
Thomas Sarratt, tailor was chosen one of Mr. Vernon's almsmen in place of Thomas Booth, deceased.
Hugh Jordan, bricklayer, was chosen one of Mr. Vernon's almsmen in place of Edward Evans, deceased.
The several Treasurers accounts ending in the time of Alderman Cotgreave which were unsettled were to be produced in the Town Office and that the several aldermen be given notice by the Town Clerk to attend at the Pentice to examine the accounts. The aldermen, or any four, should report the balances due on each to the next Assembly.
£350 part of £500 ordered to be raised by sale of ten shares in the annuities scheme, and which had not been raised, should now be raised and paid to the Senior Treasurer to discharge unpaid bills for building the workhouse and repairing the Exchange and not otherwise without further order.
