1. Rev. William Woodhouse of Gilden Morden co. Cambs. clerk, son, heir and acting executor of Wm. Woodhouse, late of Kirby Lonsdale co. Westmoreland, gent., dec'd.

2. William Holmes of Stanford par. Edgmond, ironmaster, son and heir of Roger Holmes late of Stanford, ironmaster, dec'd.

3. Richard Trevitt of Clare Markett co. Midd'x. butterman, and Samuel Dickenson, of Newport, gent.

Reciting: Mortgage by Lease and Release 14/15 July 1727, itself reciting Lease and Release 14/15 May 1706.

Lease and Release 28/29 September 1710.

Lease and Release 29/30 April 1712.

Lease and Release 17/18 July 1721.
