FJF Barrington trained at University College Hospital and worked both there and at St. Peter's, where he was appointed as House Surgeon in 1909. Swinford Edwards was trained at St. Bartholomew's Hospital and worked there, at the West London Hospital from 1880 and at St. Mark's Hospital from 1884, as well as at St. Peter's, where he was appointed surgeon to the Outpatient Department in 1881. Hurry Fenwick trained at The London Hospital. He was elected to the staff there, and to the staff of St. Peter's, in 1883. Peter Freyer worked in the Indian Medical Service from 1874 until he was appointed at St. Peter's in 1898. He was first President of the Section of Urology of the Royal Society of Medicine. Reginald Harrison worked as a Surgeon to the Royal Infirmary in Liverpool from 1867 and then as Surgeon to St. Peter's, where he was appointed in 1889. Francis Heycock was appointed to St. Peters in 1873 as Assistant Surgeon and Surgeon in 1884. He was a graduate of Edinburgh University and held the Diploma of the Edinburgh Fellowship of the College of Surgeons. Swift Joly trained at Trinity College Dublin. He was appointed House Surgeon to St. Peter's shortly after 1904, then Assistant Surgeon in 1907 and full surgeon in 1921 on the death of Sir Peter Freyer. He was surgeon at the London Lock Hospital and Consulting Urologist to the Royal Navy. John Thomson Walker trained at Edinburgh and then moved to London. He worked as a Clinical Assistant at St. Peter's, and at the same time in the Middlesex Hospital Cancer Laboratories. He was Assistant Surgeon from 1903 and Assistant Surgeon to the Hampstead General Hospital from 1907. In 1919, he was appointed to the Senior staff of St. Peter's and as Urologist at Kings College Hospital.
