Description

Parties 1) Richard Tinson of Chipping Norton, cordwainer. 2a) Samuel Huckvale the younger of Over Norton, farmer. 2b) John Baker of Little Rollright, farmer. 2c) Joseph May of Henley on Thames, ironmonger, ssignees of the estate of William Atkins the elder, William Atkins the younger and Samuel Atkins of Chipping Norton, bankers, dealers and chapmen and partners. 3) Ann Oldaker of Chipping Norton, spinster. Property: Messuage with appurtenances in Chipping Norton, in New Street, formerly held by Henry Parish, weaver, then by Samuel Baughan, then by Widow Knibbs, and Charles Roff and now or late by Charles Kirtland, with a cottage late held by Phoebe Ford widow and now by Robert Hall on the east side and a tenement late held by Joseph Higgins staymaker and now by Thomas Stratford on the north side; and small piece of ground lately used as a yard or backway to the messuage adjoining to it and formerly held by Charles Roff, and now or late by Charles Kirtland. Consideration: £100 Notes: 2 assign the term of 1000 years to 3. to merge with the inheritance. Recites Mortgage dated 13 October 1810.
