Stanier has borrowed from Edward Thornes of the Green Farm, Condover, gentleman, £300 on security of a bond in £600 for repayment of the £300 and interest dated 20 April last.

He has also borrowed from John Bagnall of Hadnall labourer £200 on security of a bond dated 27 April last in £400 for repayment of £200 and interest

He has also borrowed from John Wilde £400 on security of a bond of even date herewith in £800 for repayment of £400 and interest.

On treaty for these loans, it was agreed that Stanier should give Wilde a mortgage for the total £900

Consideration: this agreement and further security

Lease and release of the manor of Cosford alias Gosford, Cosford Grange, lands in the townships or parished of Cosford, Albrighton and Donnington (Christopher Dickenson), water corn mill and lands (John Wheeler), for ever, with mortgage proviso
