Final concord made in the King's court at Westminster in front of ?Geoffrey son of Peter [see RCHY 3/5/12], Richard de Herierd, Simon de Pacvill', John de Cestling, Eustace de Fauconberg, Godfrey de Insula and Walter de Crepping, Justices, whereby (1) quitclaims to (2) ½ carucate and 2 tofts in Killewic. Given at Westminster on the feast of St. Hilary, 3 John. (Attached to this document is a quitclaim from (1) to (2) of ½ carucate (as above) which formerly belonged to Ralph, brother of (1), and which (1) had claimed by writ of right in the court of the convent.
