All personal estate to d. Sarah, widow of Benj. Crosby; also 3 messuages in Chatham St., Newark, built by testator on land bought from trustees of late Wm. Readett, and 5 at the back of them; all tenants named.
Messuage on Farndon Road, 1 on Hawton Road and 17 houses on Regent St., between these 2, in Newark, all tenants named, which testator bought from Rich. Bradley as mortgagee of Wm. Kelk, to sons Wm., John and Thos.
Sarah executrix. Will: 27 May 1848.
