Lease by Samuel Holtham of Stratford upon Avon, cooper, to Samuel Dunckly of Warwick, mason, and Samuel Pacston, of Warwick, gardener, of two messuages in Bridge Street, in the tenure of the said Samuel Holtham and Randolph Hicks, lying between messuages in the tenure of the said Randolph Hicks and Michael Evetts and extending on the north to Guildpitts, to hold the same for 500 years, by way of settlement on his marriage with Jane Penny, of Warwick, spinster.
