(a) William Gratwicke of Ham in Angmering, esq.; (b) Frances Gratwick of Ham in Angmering, spinster, only child of (a); (c) the Rev. William Kinleside, rector of Angmering; (d) Edward Carleton of Arundel, gent., and William Fowler of Chichester, gent.; (e) the Rev. Charles Birch of Shopwyke [in Oving] and Andrews Harrison of Wigmore, co. Kent, esq.; (f) James Holmes of Arundel, gent., and John Harrison of Shawfield Place, co. Kent, esq.

(a) conveys the following property to (d), to hold for the use of (e) for 99 years, with remainder to the use of (f) for 500 years, upon trust, inter alia, to pay an annuity of £150 to (c):-

Manor of Ham; capital messuage called Ham, with all cottages, barns, buildings, outhouses, stables, dovehouses, orchards, farmlands, tenements, pastures and feedings belonging (400a.) called Ham Farm; two parcels of land called the South and North Irish (16a.); two crofts of land called the Munmare Crofts (5½a.); all in Angmering.
