Between JOHN WILLIAMS senr. of Chichester, sadler, and JOHN WEST of London, scrivener, to lead the use of a Fine levied in Hilary term last past of a moiety of a messuage with 2 barns and a stable &c. called Whites Hold and other premises described in Deeds of Sale to John Pay dated 12 Jan. 1628-9 and 16 April 1646 [SAS-M/1/137 & 141], all lying in Ancton in Felpham. Also a moiety of a messuage and 15 ac. of land called Fries in occupation of Walter Densley in Westwittering
