All will be ready on RG's next visit; Amy [Mason] is back in fine fettle and is pleased to have her old age pension. Congratulates RG on finding a Scottish housekeeper. Has been doing her eye-exercises; finds her genealogy fascinating, and has been going through the Sussex Record Society volumes which Dick [John Richard Bickersteth] brings weekly from Lewes. The Aubrey Smiths are keen to see RG. There is no more coke for the central heating.
