Three gaol and marshalsea rates to be levied and paid to the Vice-treasurer.

Sir William Molesworth and Sir William Lemon elected Treasurers for the ensuing year.

Presentments against Minster, St Erth, Perranuthnoe, Gwennap, Newlyn and Lanlivery for non-repair of highways: held over.

Jacob Nash, master, and James Vicary, mate, of the sloop The Sisters, testified that, at Bristol on 14 November, they shipped 16 tons of white salt, duty paid, on account of Francis Traer and Peter Traer of Truro, bound for Falmouth, and that, due to a violent storm, 1 ton 308 lb. of salt were lost.
