Lordshipp Marsh, 2¼ acres of late inclosed land, parcel of HELSBY Common; for lives of sd. Henry Hoomes, Elizabeth his wife and Sarah daughter of John Ratchdale of Awventley, at annual rent of 7/-, 1 rent hen or 6d. and heriot of best beast or good or 20/-.
Cons. surrender of former lease and £18-10. Seal, cut away.
