Correspondence exchanged between Mrs. Bruce, her solicitors, and her bankers concerning arrangements for overdraft facilities and loan guarantees for Air Dispatch Ltd. and Air Dispatch (Coachbuilders) Ltd. of the Airport, Cardiff; Bruce Coachworks Ltd. of Cardiff - a concern engaged in the construction and repair of bodies for public service vehicles and managed by Mrs. Bruce's son, Anthony Easter Bruce; Raymond Boulton Ltd., glove manufacturers of Cardiff; Holman Byfield & Co. Ltd., glove manufacturers of Warminster; R.P. Boulton Ltd., glove manufacturers of Warminster established in 1953 as a manufacturing subsidiary of Holman Byfield & Co. Ltd.

Mrs. Bruce had invested heavily in these concerns, both in the form of direct loans and in the capacity of overdraft guarantor.

Included, a few letters about Mrs. Bruce's unsuccessful attempt to sell off Air Dispatch Ltd. as an aircraft repair company based at Cardiff Airport to Cambrian Air Services Ltd. of Cardiff, 1946.
