Lease and release: for £300: (i) Thomas Walker of Garstang and Sarah his wife, (ii) Gawin Allanson of the City of Bristol, co. Gloucester and co. Somerset, merchant -- one sixth part of a messuage and tenement at Lickoe with one sixth part of closes called the Meadow, the Clodd adjoining to the Land late belonging to John Breckell, the Crook Flat, Carters Acre, the Lower Lomfurlong, the close adjoining to the Lower Lumforlong, the Barnfield, and the two Harrfields (24 ac.) and one sixth part of a messuage and six closes (14½ ac.) and one sixth part of closes called the Higher Clodd, the Little Clodd and the New Biggin (5 ac.) all in Preesall -- purchased by T.W. from Samuel Simondson of Lancaster, mariner, and Elizabeth his wife.
