Richard Cleeton of Wall in the parish of Rushbury gentleman 2. Thomas Lloyd of Osbaston in the parish of Kinnerley gentleman.

Consideration 5/- Lease.

Manor of Cause and the capital messuage of mansion house called Cause Castle and all that messuage called Cause Farm (with the exception of the cottage and parcel of land sold to John Kite) 421 acres 2 roods 4 perches late in the possession of Thomas Hawley but now of ..... left blank, with all appurtenances for the term of a year at a peppercorn rent.
