By THOMAS NEATE of Nettleton, Wilts, yeo., to WILLIAM ALLWAY of the same place, husbandman, - in consideration of natural love and affection, the said Wm. Allway being his kinsman, and of £70 - of several grounds in Hawkesbury, Glouc: viz:- the Freemoores, 8 acres; the Lower Leynes, 6 acres, and the Hilly Close, 5 acres. Which premises the said Thos. Neate and Wm. Allway theretofore jointly purchased from Laurance Allway of Upton in Hawkesbury. (see No.SAS-PN/844)
Mark of Thomas Neate, seal & tag gone. Witnesses to deed:- Richard Tiler, John Sloper, Philip Davis. To livery of seisin:- Thos. Neale, Philip Bence, Jhon Allway (mk), Nichs. Allway (mk)
