Close of past. (21 ac.) in Stert in par. of Babcary in ten. of sd. John Tynney.
(To hold to J. T. for term of 2000 years paying one peppercorn yearly).
(Sir G. N. and wife Dame Margaret covenant that they will make any further devises during next 7 years for further confirmation of the estate granted to J. T., and for so doing they may not be constrained to travel more than 6 miles from their place of habitation).
