St Margaret's Lodge was granted a warrant by the Moderns' Grand Lodge to meet as No. 483 on 5 April 1786. It met at the Rose and Crown tavern, Dartmouth Street, Westminster, London. The Lodge was renumbered as No. 393 in 1792 but was erased on 13 April 1796.
